Reflex Marine considers customers’ safety a priority. Hence, all products must be expermient, tested and certified before launched into the market. Reflex Marine features personal transfer devices WAVE-4, FROG-XT RANGE (with the popular FROG-XT4, FROG-XT6 and FROG-XT10), FROG RANGE, TORO and deck motion monitor system HAWK.

MAINTENANCE

A personnel transfer device is manufactured with a variety of components such as wire rope, synthetic rope, floatation, cover materials etc. All of these components are affected by the harsh offshore environment they operate in. This wear would include general wear and tear, UV degradation, harsh wind condition as well as the salt water conditions offshore. That is why each personnel transfer device need a steadfast maintenance schedule and take care of by the hands of our experts.

6 Month Inspection

After first 6 months, the device should be through a general check-up which inspect floor, painting, lubricants… to get a new certificate.

X-904’s 6-Month Inspection

All 6-month inspections must be performed by a qualified inspector. The process includes 9 steps. For more details, please contact DLV Corp’s staff. Defective or damaged parts must also be replaced by a qualified individual as required. According to API, a qualifier inspector is a person who is designated by the employer (who has appropriate experience and training) and has attended formal training in inspection, maintenance and troubleshooting of cranes, rigging and lifting devices.

Frog XT’s 6-Month Inspection

All 6-month inspections are visual inspection but for devices with a number of transfer lift per year that is high (500 – 2000) and very high (2000-5000), the frequency is 3 months. A visual inspection is a careful and critical assessment of the components, carried out by a competent person without dismantling the assembly. For longer frequency, examination and post load test inspection must be performed.

12 Month Inspection

After second 6 months, the device should be thoroughly check-up which inspect floor, painting, lubricants… to changing any worn parts to assure the performance of the device. We strongly recommend our customers to bring your device to us to make sure your device is safe to use.

18 Month Inspection

After third 6 months, the device should be thoroughly a check-up which inspect every parts of the device to get a new certificate. We will disassemble the device to relubricate, change rubber rings… to make sure the device work smoothly and safe until the refurbish date.

12 Year Inspection

This is a thorough inspection. The device with get its components replaced with the official Refurbishment Kit to make sure that it is prepared for new operation. The certificate will also be renewed.

A Refurbishment Kit comprises essential parts of the personnel transfer devices that ensure the high safety for user during intended working operation.

WARRANTY CONDITION

Warranty is applied with manufacturer’s faults or authrised retailer’s faults. Faults resulted from misconduct (overweight, oversize load, damage from animal, damage from chemical…) or from natural disasters (fire, lightning…) are not under warranty. Warranty is available only with warranty card and the seals are intact (without being modified or fringed).
